Since 1987, Geosoft provides software consulting, hardware & topographic form of sales, installation and training primarily in the field of Surveying and Computer Aided Drafting.
Since 2008, Geosoft diffuse a concept of assistance for computer professionals in the real estate that are surveyors, estate agents and experts. This concept is the culmination of steady improvement for almost ten years of assistance based on consumer software.
Jean-Marc Dechêne graduate surveyor and real estate expert is the author of
- Development of software calculations topographic Geocad (1987-1995) and WinGeoCad/KL-Cad (1995-), which can then make plans developed by drawing software that can read file formats like DXF.
- Development of the assistance in property appraisals by NamExpert software suite existing.
- Training recognized by the Institute of Estate Agents & counseling Federal surveyors.
In 2009, Geosoft has obtained the representation of material topographic high tech Chinese Kolida.
